New director for Montgo Natural Park

JOSEBA Andoni Rodríguez Aizpeolea has been confirmed by The Department of Environment as the new director of the Montgó Natural Park and Pego-Oliva Marjal.

Rodríguez is an environmental agent resident in Pedreguer who has been working for several years in the Marina Alta.

Government changes of the Generalitat Valenciana came into effect just over 20 months ago.

The first step taken by the Council of Ximo Puig was to appoint Joan Sala as president of the Governing Board of the Montgó Natural Park.

The Council and Sala himself are now delighted to welcome Rodriguez to the board.
