DENIA restricts parking in the historical district.

On Wednesday, the prohibition of parking in the narrow streets of the Les Roques neighbourhood came into force. Residents can only continue to park their cars with a card. 160 spaces will be available.

The roads in which spaces will be available are namely Benicadim, Plaza de Benisadevi, Beniarmut, Beniomer, Beniatla, L’avenida del Cid, Calle Santissima Trinitat, Calle Guant, a stretch of Sant Vicent de la Roqueta and Sant Pasqual, the first stretch of Calle Olivera and Calle Foramur.

Thus far, 60 residents have applied for parking cards, which are to be collected from the  General Entry Registry between Monday and Friday, from 09.00am – 2.00pm.

Residents will be required to pay a €14 issue fee for the card at La Oficina de Atención al Público at the time of picking it up.
