Sunday, a day for shopping in Alicante

ALICANTE’S shopping centres are now permitted to open on Sundays and public holidays.

The court has allowed the provisional opening for the shopping centres of Puerta de Alicante, Gran Via and Plaza Mar 2.

The decision was made despite the appeal against the opening by the city, claiming the shopping centres were not in the Tourist Relief Zone (ZGAT).
