Benidorm in Double Dutch visit

REPRESENTATIVES FROM the Benidorm Tourism Foundation participated in two professional events this week, both in the capital of the Netherlands, Amsterdam.

Visit Benidorm was present at a workshop organized by the Spanish Tourism Office in Holland along with other Spanish cities.

Tourist officers from each of these city destinations, including Benidorm were given meeting time with local tour operators and travel agencies.

Benidorm has been part of this action with the intention of showing local agents the wide tourist possibilities that the city can offer its customers at any time of the year.

The other event Benidorm had representation at was the “City Breaks Event” which took place at the NH Collection Barbizon Palace Hotel in Amsterdam and was the largest meeting of Dutch bloggers and media in the Netherlands.

Organized by the RRPP company Baltus Communications, this event involves destinations from all over the world.

It is seen as an ideal event for Spanish tourist destinations to promote themselves to the large Dutch market.

Benidorm’s participation has the aim of making contacts for future press / blog trips and continuing communication of the amazing possibilities the city and surrounding areas can offer visitors.
