35 per cent home improvement grants in Benissa

BENISSA CITY Council signed an agreement last week with the Ministry of Housing, Public Works and Territorial Structuring to promote home improvements across the municipality

The agreement provides for the creation of an ‘information point’ for those persons or companies looking for advice and in some cases, funding – as the city plans to offer grants of up to 35 per cent or more.

Juan Manolo, Urban Planning Councillor and Mari Carme Ronda, Urban Planning Strategy Councillor signed the agreement in Valencia with the Minister of Housing, Public Works and Territorial Structuring, Maria Jose Salvador.

Benissa was one of the first Valencian municipalities to get involved in the initiative, which aims to encourage regeneration and urban renewal across the region.
