TORREVIEJA U3A Bridge section, recently held their annual Mike Law Charity Bridge Tournament at The Asturias restaurant in Punta Prima.

The contest, now in its fourth year, was attended by 41 members of the group and succeeded in raising the sum of 630€ which will be donated to the Reach Out charity in Torrevieja.

Mike Law was one of the founder members of the Torrevieja U3A and was also involved in the creation of the Bridge section.

He had a real passion for the game of bridge , so when Mike died three years ago last December, The Bridge section has continued to hold a Charity Tournament, with the proceeds going to his favoured charity Reach Out.
