Choirs join forces to perform for cancer charity

TWO INTERNATIONAL choirs will come together this coming Friday May 12 to perform a concert in La Nucia for the AECC cancer charity.

The two choirs Canticorum and Cantares are made up of a total of 80 members from many nationalities and will sing under the baton of Belgian Musical Director Guy Verhelst.

The dance and theatre group Starships will also perform during the concert, which takes place at La Nucia Auditorio de Mediterraneo, starting at 20.00h

The programme features fifteen pieces from different genres including “Canticorum” by Cantares and Canticorum, “Love me tender” by Canticorum, “Hallelujah” by Canticorum, “May it be” by Cantares, “Ay linda amiga” By Cantares, “Hymne a l’amour” by Cantares and Canticorum, “Ode andie Freude” by Cantares and Canticorum, “Can’t help falling in love” by Cantares and Canticorum, piece music “Beethoven … ..” by Guy Verhelst And Lutgarde de Neve, “You’re the One That I Want” by Cantares and Canticorum and dance for “Starships”, “Kalinka” by Canticorum, “Blaim it on the Boogie” by Cantares and Canticorum and dance for “Starships” “We shall overcome” by Cantares and Canticorum and “Love shine a light” by Cantares and Canticorum.

Tickets for this Charity Concert are already on sale at a single price of 5 euros.
They can be purchased at the ticket offices of the Auditorium of the Mediterranean of La Nucía or through the portal: www.instanticket.es.

Proceeds from the concert will go to the Spanish Association Against Cancer La Nucia.
