Kenny, I have problems letting go when I meditate. People tell me that it gets easier with time, and I am just a novice. Do you have any tips that would help me clear my mind?
Jason, just the intention to take on meditation is a positive step, and it does take time to be able to clear the mind and prepare to take your freedom in meditation journey. Finding the right time of the day and the right place can make such a difference to your outcome. Never try to meditate if you are tired, and do not have a calendar that says you have to meditate when you may not want to. I imagine post it notes and if anything comes up to block my channels of peace I write what they are on my notes and stick them on a wall to be dealt with by my conscious mind at a more appropriate time!
