Busy Giving4Giving weekend

0

THE La Nucia based Giving4Giving charity raised a total of 2000 euros from fund raising activities over last weekend.

Firstly, the charity were happy to support dad, Andy Lynch, who set off on a 72km sponsored bike ride to raise funds for his daughter Tasha, who has three debilitating illnesses.

Andy completed the charity bike ride, with a pledge from Gary at Giving4Giving that the charity would donate 10 euros per kilometre.

However, once Andy completed his bike ride, Gary decided to increase the charities donation to a total of 1000 euros to help improve the daily life of Tasha.

Subsequently, on Friday of last week, Gary and his team, held a charity auction at their headquarters in La Nucia enabling them to raise another 1000 euros from raffle ticket sales, which they donated towards the Busy Bees Benidorm charity, run by Wayne and Des Bellamy-Wright.

Busy Bees use every penny they earn to help the disadvantaged women and children at the domestic abuse home, run by the Emaus charity.

Giving4Giving is constantly raising funds for numerous local charities and is proud to be a registered charity which always needs volunteers and donations so if you are able to contribute or help in any way, please call Gary on 603 137 697.
