Local artist’s exhibition

THE CENTRO de Artes Lambert in Javea played host to the opening ceremony of the Escola de Pintura Mediterrania’s month long exhibition last Saturday.

The annual exhibition displays the works of the Escola de Pintura Mediterrania students, counting 116 pieces this year from both children and adults.

The opening ceremony was attended by the friends and families of the students, as well as Councillor for Culture, Quico Moragues.

The Escola de Pintura Mediterrania teaches more than 160 students in Javea each year, in different groups in morning, afternoon and evening sessions.

For the next year, enrolment will be open from September 11.

The exhibition will be open until July 2.
