The fun of the fair in Benalmadena

BENALMADENA’S Council has handed out 2,000 free tickets for the town’s fair to families.

The Department of Social Welfare collaborated with the event’s organisers, Tradiciones Populares, to give away the freebies to the families who were selected by social workers based on an established criteria.

Councillor for Social Welfare, Irene Diaz, commented, “we want to thank Tradiciones Populares, and its owner Ana Scherman, for giving us the tickets.” The council added it was “happy to have the opportunity to give back to the residents of Benalmadena so they can enjoy the fair.”
