Car accident victims hospitalised

TWO CHILDREN, aged nine and twelve-years-old, are in hospital after two vehicles collided head on at kilometre 10 of the A-387 in Mijas.

Two adults, aged thirty-six and thirty-nine-years-old also remain in the Costa del Sol Hospital after one of the cars fell three metres at around 8pm.

Passers-by called the emergency services, with Guardia Civil and health workers arriving quickly at the scene and transferring the injured to hospital.
