How is it possible that I have being overpaying my mortgage?

HOW do I know if I have been overpaying my mortgage? How can I claim my money back?

The Supreme Court has acknowledged that in the past there has been an unfair imbalance between lender and borrower. There have been more than 10 abusive mortgage clauses recognised and any one of these could be written in your mortgage.

In order for us to assist you, please let us see a copy of your mortgage deeds and any facturas that were paid at the time of purchasing the property (to include notary fees, land registry fees). We will then be able to review your particular scenario and let you know if you have any of the mortgage floor clauses.

The next step would be for us to make a claim on your behalf, to have your money returned to you.

PELLICER & HEREDIA Lawyers have a department specialising in the mortgage floor clauses. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your possible claim or any other legal enquiry.
