OPEN UNTIL the end of July, ‘The road to equality – 30 years of struggle for LGBT rights in the Spanish State’ exhibition in Denia tackles the history of LGBT activism, ranging from the first manifestations in the 1970s to the present day.

The travelling exhibition created by the Madrid association COGAM was inaugurated last Wednesday in the Joves Art Room on Ronda Murallas and presents three decades of history visualised across 16 different panels with more than 100 photographs, posters and press cuttings from various public and private documentation centres.
