A 13-YEAR-OLD boy was allegedly assaulted on the Arenal beach last Friday by a water sports company employee.

Alex Serra was with a group of friends hiring pedalos when, for reasons unknown, the employee became aggressive.

He pushed the boys before kicking Alex to the ground.

Alex came away from the altercation with many bruises both to his body and one of his eyes and a broken nose.

He required four stitches across his eyebrow.
