Keep an eye on your pins

LOCAL police have immobilised a cash point in Torrellano being used to clone the cards of users.

The mechanism was discovered and removed after a customer was suspicious of the machine and reported it to bank staff, who in turn alerted the authorities.

Police have once again issued a warning to people that use the local ATM machines, particularly in quieter areas and those on open roads where extreme caution is advised.  Always be aware of any suspicious individuals hanging around – come back a little later if you’re not in a hurry to get your cash – and always cover the keyboard from possible prying eyes of those in the queue behind you as you enter your PIN code.
