MANHUNT: Spanish police release photo of suspected driver of van that ploughed into pedestrians

SPAIN’S National Police force has published an image of the suspected driver of the van which drove into a crowd of people in Las Ramblas, Barcelona.

At least 13 people have died and dozens of people have been injured, according to a local radio report.

The suspect is believed to be Driss Oukabir and was reportedly wearing a white T-shirt with blue stripes.

He originates from Marseille and was living in Girona.

Authorities are urging people not to upload images of the victims onto social media out of respect for the dead, injured and their families.
