BENIDORM, known as the city of skyscrapers or the Spanish Manhattan for many years is to get an addition to their front line.
Under normal circumstances, such building projects wouldn’t make the news especially as it’s not planned to stand more than 100 metres high; others in close vicinity streak as high as 200 metres or more into the heavens with the Hotel Bali and the Intempo Towers leading the way.
However, the forthcoming launch of the Delfin Tower planned for the Poniente beach breaks the mould with its most striking design. Shaped like a sail, the construction will fill one of the last available spaces on the beach front and adjacent to the iconic Gran Hotel Delfin, regarded as one of the original hotels in Benidorm built in the 1960s.
The Delfin Tower will feature 22 floors of 44 luxury two and four bedroom flats with 59 garages and prices are expected to range from €700,000 to €1,500,000 for one of the best views Spain and the Mediterranean can offer.
