Comic interlude
The students: Proud to show off their work

A FREE exhibition showcasing art by 26 young people is on display at Edifico Colores, Fuengirola until September 29.

During July and August, the youngsters, aged 12 to 18 years, took part in a comic book and drawing workshop in the building, as part of the council’s Young Summer 2017 scheme.

In the workshop, which was directed by illustrator and professor ErioGallart, the students were taught how to draw figures and portraits, as well as comic book heroes, animals and manga.

The pupils, who were taught two days a week, are now showing off the results of their hard work in an exhibit open until 9.30pm on September 29.
