Iconic 60s band in expected sell-out finale

THE final concert in the Autumn series produced by the Teulada-Moraira Lions Club will take place on Sunday December 3, again in Moraira’s Espai le Senieta with Ges Rogers Union Gap

The last time the iconic 60s band performed in Moraira it proved one of the most popular shows the Lions have staged and with great songs such as ‘Young Girl’, ‘Lady Willpower’ and ‘Woman Woman’ it should be another stellar performance.

Tickets are priced at €15 – with a complimentary bar and raffle.

For tickets and/ or information, get in touch with Colin Lilley – 966 491 917 / colinlilley1424@gmail.com.

The Lions will once again host their traditional Christmas party in Moraira’s church square on Saturday December 2 – aptly named ‘What a Cracker V’. There will be Christmas songs, the English choir, The Timbrells and lots of festive goodies to enjoy, including the ever-popular mulled wine.

The Christmas party is a free event but donations are welcome and will help support Javea’s Salvation Army.

The fun starts from 6.00pm.

The Teulada-Moraira Lions Club is actively seeking new members. If you’d like to join one of the largest service clubs worldwide with over 3 million members, get in touch with Membership Secretary Nico Dekkers – 965 974 941 / nicorateulada@gmail.com.
