RULO y La Contrabanda have been announced as headliners for 2018’s Montgo Rock Festival in May.
An urban rock group formed in 2010, Rulo y La Contrabanda are led by Raul Gutierrez, better known as Rulo.
Spaniard Rulo formed his first band – Suizidio – in 1992 aged 14 with friends from his hometown of Reinosa. In 1996, he founded his second band – La Fuga – with friend Adolfo Garmendia (Fito).
La Fuga played more than 500 concerts across Spain and in several countries around the world, releasing eight albums.
Rulo left La Fuga to form Rulo y La Contrabanda, who have since released 3 studio albums and 2 live albums, playing in 11 countries around the world.
