ALFAZ SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION would like to extend a very big thank you to all that supported our Christmas fair on December 2, although the weather worked against us – we were still able, through the hard work of everyone involved and the people that supported this event, to raise sufficient funds to donate a cheque to the Asociación de Enfermos de Alzheimer de la Marina Baixa.

Presenting this cheque on December 14 during our 2017 closing Carol service, when we had the great pleasure of meeting president  Senora Garbiñe and her companion Noelia. They gave a short talk on the work and assistance given by the association, the main points that Senora Garbiñe wanted to express, was that the association is open to everyone, as a charity themselves they are limited by the languages their volunteers speak but they welcome all nationalities and the support is extended to all family members and careers of the Alzheimer’s suffer. They presented us with gifts made by some of the attendees of the centre and were delighted when we presented them with a 500€ cheque – which they intend to, put towards their current project of purchasing and adapting a mini bus so they can also provide transport.

If you would like to know more about the Alzheimer’s association or donate personally you can contact them via their website afamarinabaixa.es.

Alfaz Spiritual Foundation would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, may your hearts be filled with love and light extending good will to all. We open our doors again on January 11th 2018 and all are welcome.
