FRENCH indie pop band Phoenix has been confirmed as the second major headliner of Benidorm’s Low Festival 2018, taking place July 27 – 29 next year.

The news comes a week after organisers announced English electronic music duo The Chemical Brothers will be the festival’s main headliner. Awarded with a Grammy for best alternative music album for ‘Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix’ (2009), the quartet captained by Thomas Mars has released six studio albums, from ‘United’ (2000) to the most recent ‘Ti amo’ (2017).

Low Festival organisers have promised the tenth edition of the event will be the “biggest and best yet,” after this year’s festival gathered 83,000 people.
