Hello, hello black sheep

FARMERS based in the Hrunamannahreppur district went on an expedition to find some lost sheep in the Kerlingarfjöll mountains. “We knew about some sheep from the farms that didn’t appear this autumn. We didn’t find those but found a ewe with two lambs and one sole lamb instead.”

FOUNDER of The Icelandic Milk and Skyr Company (TIMSC), Sigurður Kjartan Hilmarsson, has struck a deal to sell his and his friend’s 75 per cent share in the company to French multinational dairy product company Lactalis. TIMSC products are sold in 25,000 stores across all 50 states.
