OFFICERS of the National Police have arrested a 46-year-old British man in Fuengirola for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking.
The defendant was caught in the act as he was selling drugs across the town’s bars, and police also seized a bracelet which contained drugs in the lining.
A raid of the detainee’s home revealed 14 grams of cannabis, 50 grams of speed, 48 grams of cocaine, a variety of ecstasy pills and €900 in cash.
An investigation was launched after police received a tip-off that a British man was dealing in drugs in the night spots of Fuengirola.
During the arrest, police took seven plastic bags of cocaine from the man (three of them inside the wristband), and €45 in cash.
