OFFICERS of the National Police have arrested an English man via a European Order of Detention and Delivery, issued by the UK.
The man had allegedly used 75 different identities and specialised in robbing armoured vehicles.
He is also charged with illegal possession of weapons and explosives, along with document falsification and bribery.
The detainee was apprehended in the early hours of May 8 after being stopped in a vehicle and asked for identification.
He offered the policemen €500 to immediately release him, which was ignored and he has been remanded in custody awaiting extradition.
