AFTER being open for five years, the popular KM Club in Benidorm will be forced to close after having its licence revoked by the local council.
According to reports, the decision comes after a recent inspection of the legendary nightclub discovered a number of changes that had taken place within the business which wasn’t covered by their licence.
It’s understood that there was an area that contained rooms and private booths where erotic shows where being performed for the customers.
The inspection was carried out by the National Police and members of the employment service back in July, and even though there was no secret as to what was going on inside the premises – there was a sign outside saying ‘Show Girls’ – the business didn’t register the change of use.
The KM Club has three different areas behind its doors. An indoor dance floor, a bar area, and another with individual cabins with curtains and private area dedicated to erotic shows.
KM has 15 days to appeal against the decision to revoke their licence.
