Chernobyl Jinxed

After one of the worlds worst Nuclear accidents in 1986 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Plant, Greenpeace have reported the worst forest fires in decades in the area.

Just one km from the Chernobyl Nuclear plant, reports are now in that the huge fire that has been fought by firefighters all week has now largely been contained.
It was 2 days after the accident that Russia admitted there was a problem! There is still a 30 km exclusion zone around the plant where it is prohibited for people to live.
