Aston Martin to reopen factory in Wales

Luxury car maker Aston Martin Lagonda is to reopen it’s factory in South Wales on 5th May. The company have said it will resume operations at it’s St. Athan facility but will be following strict guidelines from the Public Health sector. These recommendations will also be followed when it reopens it’s main plant in Gaydon, Warwickshire at a later date.
Both sites were closed on 25th March due to the corona virus outbreak and a total of 800 staff were furloughed.
It has already warned that production of their sports cars were expected to be “materially lower” in 2020.
Police hunt man after assault on care worker
Police have released a CCTV photo of a man wanted in questioning with an assault on a 23 year old care worker. The female victim was filling her car with petrol at a garage in Brimington, Derbyshire when the suspect approached her at 5.15pm on 14th April.
He said he wanted to thank her for all the good work she was doing, being on the front line of workers. He then hugged her and licked her face.
Police are on the lookout for the alleged attacker.
